Your life doesn't have to look like everyone else's.
Maybe you've always wanted to travel but your partner doesn't.
Maybe your friends are busy.
Maybe you've recently found yourself with more freedom than you expected.
Maybe you've spent years putting everyone else first.
Or maybe you've simply reached a point where you think:
"Why am I waiting?"
That's where Solo Travel comes in.
We're here to make solo travel feel less daunting, more accessible and a lot more exciting.
Whether you want complete freedom to travel independently, prefer the reassurance of a hosted trip, or simply want to meet like minded people along the way, we're here to help you find the way of travelling that works for you.
Because I know from personal experience that taking that first step can change far more than your holiday plans.
It can change your life.
And if my own journey has taught me anything, it's this:
You don't need to wait for someone else to live the life you want.
Take the leap.
Open your world.
Then I discovered solo travel.
I had always adored travel the destinations, the people, the cultures, the planning, the excitement and that feeling of arriving somewhere completely new.
But when I started travelling solo, something changed. I realised I didn't have to wait for somebody else to be available. I didn't have to wait for the right partner, the right friend, the right time or someone else's holiday allowance. I could just go. And when I did, an entirely different world opened up. For more than ten years, I have travelled solo, visiting 50+ countries and continuing to explore whenever I get the opportunity. I've travelled in different ways, stayed in everything from luxury hotels to much simpler accommodation, met incredible people and collected experiences that I could never have planned on paper. I've also learned something incredibly important along the way: Solo travel doesn't mean being alone. In fact, some of the people I've met while travelling have become some of the most important people in my life. And that's one of the reasons Solo Travel exists.
I don't just talk about solo travel. I've lived it.
I didn't want to create a business telling people to "take the leap" when I hadn't taken it myself.
So I spent the last decade doing exactly what I now want to help you do.
I've navigated airports alone. I've arrived in places where I knew nobody. I've figured out transport, got lost, found my way again, eaten alone, joined groups, made friends with strangers and discovered places completely on my own terms.
I've experienced the nerves before a trip and the incredible feeling afterwards when you realise:
"I actually did that."
I've gone full circle.
I started my career helping other people travel.
I built a successful travel business.
I became a solo traveller myself.
And now I want to use everything I've learned both professionally and personally to help other people discover what is possible when they stop waiting for someone else.
