We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to you while covering the costs we have already committed to on your behalf.

Cancelling your trip

If you need to cancel your Rabat trip, please contact Solo Travel as soon as possible. Your cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your written cancellation request.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on when you cancel and the costs already incurred for your booking.

As this is a specially arranged Solo Travel experience, some elements of the trip may be non-refundable once booked, including accommodation, transport, activities, transfers and other services.

Any refund due will therefore be calculated after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and any non-refundable costs incurred by Solo Travel or our suppliers.

Cancellation charges

The following guide applies, subject to the specific terms of the services booked:

More than 60 days before departureAny non-refundable deposits or costs already incurred will be deducted from your refund.

31–60 days before departureCancellation charges will apply based on the costs already committed to your booking.

15–30 days before departureA higher cancellation charge may apply as suppliers may have increased or full cancellation penalties at this stage.

14 days or less before departureSignificant cancellation charges may apply and, depending on supplier terms, little or no refund may be available.

No-show or cancellation after departureNo refund will normally be available.

Where possible, we will always seek to recover any refundable amounts from our suppliers on your behalf.

Changing your booking

You may be able to transfer your place to another person, subject to availability, supplier conditions and any costs involved. Requests should be made as early as possible and, where applicable, at least seven days before departure.

If Solo Travel cancels the trip

If Solo Travel has to cancel the package, you will be offered the options available to you under applicable package travel legislation, which may include an alternative trip or a refund.

Extraordinary circumstances

You may have the right to cancel without paying a cancellation fee where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination, or in its immediate vicinity, significantly affect the performance of the package or your ability to travel there. In such circumstances, a full refund may be due under the applicable package travel legislation.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed. Insurance may provide cover for certain circumstances that prevent you from travelling, subject to the terms and exclusions of your policy.

Important: Your insurance should include cancellation and curtailment cover suitable for your trip.
